Motala Basket is a growing club that creates joy of movement, security, and community for children, young people, and adults in Motala. Basketball is one of the world's largest sports and continues to grow rapidly in Sweden. It is inclusive, easy to start with, and builds a strong sense of team spirit. With us, children and young people get a positive environment where they develop both as players and as individuals. We are now looking for someone who wants to strengthen the club's future through collaborations with local businesses.
The Role
As the Partnership & Business Manager, you will be the link between Motala Basket and the business community. You create partnerships that make a real difference – not just traditional sponsorship, but collaborations that build value for both businesses and the club. You work independently, take initiative, and drive the process from initial contact to an established partnership.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and develop business relationships in Motala and the surrounding area
- Create partnerships that provide mutual benefit
- Design collaboration packages and offers
- Plan and execute joint activities
- Further develop existing collaborations

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who are social, driven, and thrive in meetings with people. You see opportunities, take initiative, and enjoy building relationships. Experience in sales or business contacts is an advantage, but your personality and commitment are most important.
Compensation
The position is commission-based. You receive compensation based on the partnerships you create and develop.
Scope
Flexible working hours that can be combined with studies, other work, or your own business. The work takes place in Motala and at various business locations. Remote work is possible.
